I have 18 50-gallon drums (900 gallons) of Synthemul (R) 18103-00 (Non-Toxic) Carboxylated Styrene Acrylic Emulsion stored in Ocala, FL. This material was originally purchased by my father directly from Reichhold, Inc. for use as a binder / bonding agent for some of the products his business was making at the time. He has since passed away and the storage costs for this product have become a bit of a burden and the costs to dispose of it are beyond my personal means.

The drums appear to be a plastic-lined fiber material with plastic lids and metal rings. Two have been opened and re-sealed to check the product, the rest have never been opened.

When it was mixed with water it made a very good bonding agent for concrete based products. I seem to remember the Reichhold people saying that it was also used in the making of paints. However, I am not a chemist so I have no idea what this material can be used for outside of what my father had done with it.
