I am in desperate nedd of a carrier to go on the back of my van for my motorized wheelchair. i am on ssi and medicaid wont pay or one and am currently taking care of a 3 person family on such a small income. I am on oxygen and have bad back and desperately need to take my chair with me places. thank you in advance
