I have a park model trailer for sale it is 34 foot long and 8 foot wide .It has 2 tipouts that are 4 foot wide that makes the trailer 12 foot wide.It is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom .It has laminate hardwood flooring through out. The bathroom has a pedistal sink.The trailer need a little TLC but nothing that the average person couldnt handle.It is conviently located on silver springs blvd right next to hwy 75 in ocala. The trailer sets at the Motor Inns RV rersort and the spot that its in can be rented out for 350 per month all utilities included, the trailer is ready to move in now.If you do not like the spot that the trailer is in im sure you could get someone to tow it wherever you want it.
